Shipping
Unless otherwise noted, all orders ship out the same or next business day. During checkout, you will be given the choice between available
shipping options, and the charge for each.
U.S. Orders
All U.S. orders include Delivery Confirmation for your protection as well as ours. You will receive a Delivery Confirmation tracking number by email when the order ships. Shipping times are estimated by the U.S. Postal Service and UPS as follows:
USPS
- 1st Class Mail - 4 to 6 business days
- Priority Mail - 3 to 4 business days
- Express Mail - 1 to 2 business days
UPS
International Orders
Shipping methods with delivery turnaround estimated by the U.S. Postal Service are as follows:
- First-Class Mail International (NO tracking and NO insurance) - delivery time
not specified by USPS (our best guess is 3-4 weeks)
- Express Mail International (EMS) (includes tracking and insurance) - 5 - 10 business days
Please Note: International buyers are responsible for any Customs taxes on
purchased products. We are not responsible for orders lost or damaged in transit if
tracking and insurance (EMS shipping) is not purchased.
Orders shipping to a different address than the billing address may require additional information before processing. We apologize for any order delays that this might cause, but this is for the card holder's protection as well as ours
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. All forms of electronic payment (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, etc.) are processed through our secure online payment system.
We do not accept checks, money orders, or bank wires as payment.
Returns
"Special Order" items, light bulbs, vinyl and apparel items are non-refundable -- all sales on these items are final.
Damaged or used items will not be accepted, and the buyer will be required to arrange for the item(s) return at his/her own expense.
Refunds do not include shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return postage, packaging, and insurance, and is therefore responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Using the product's own packaging as the return mailer is unacceptable unless you received it this way.
Returned items must be re-packaged carefully, and be in new, uninstalled, and resalable condition. Return items must be complete with all parts, instructions,
original packaging, etc.

All items eligible for return, without exception, will be assessed a 15% restocking fee (effective on all orders placed beginning on 10/10/2009). Items returned due to undeliverability (i.e. bad shipping address, refused, etc.), will be charged a 15% handling fee. Returns must be received within 30 days from the original order date.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all items are sold as-is, and do not carry a product warranty. If a product is found to be defective, the issue must be made known to us by email within 48 hours of receipt before an exchange will be considered.
All LED, halogen, HID, and chrome bulbs carry a 60 day warranty. If a bulb is found defective, it can be returned for an exchange of the same style and color only. Defective bulbs must be post-marked within 60 days of the original order date to be considered for exchange. In the event a product is found defective, please follow our return guidelines as noted above.
